In late 2023 I had professionals to polish my black 2022 Suzuki Jimny. After cleaning the car I had them to apply the Amor Shield IX ceramic coating from AvalonKing.
- It looked stunning!

This weekend, after washing the car at the same place as so many times before, I applied a second layer of coating. This time I’m the side windows as well as the rear on top. NEVER do this on the front window.

The car looked like brand new again. It is stunning what this coating does. The car is tiny, meaning, I still have enough in the bottle for a third coat a year from now.

Just for fun … I have an Omega Seamaster, the 007 Version from the 40th Anniversary.
- I added some ceramic coating to it too and darn me it locks as clean as when I got it!

well, I have used Avalon Ceramic, back in 2020 when I bought Acura MDX and did not wanted to pay 500-600 to someone who will cut corner and charge too much, I had few email communication with Avalon team, who really motivated t me to DIY, I watched bunch of videos at that time and applied the coating after prepping the car ( PREP IS THE KEY) lol. and let it dry for 24 hours or so ( this was 4 years ago) my MDX which I sold last week to Car max and got 6K equity on car, it is mainly because of Avalon Shield. I am enclosing the picture and you will see after 4 years, how shiny my mdx.
well last week I bought top of the line Kia EV9 ( 76K) and was itching to get the ceramic coating, I had a unopened Bottle from Avalon as I bought B1g2nd 50% off (I think) , so yesterday, I Prep the car hand wash, dry and made IPA spray ( which is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART AND THE MOST TIME CONSUMING ) BUT WELL WORTH IT, after that I applied ceramic quoting in section ( large area divided in to 4 section) it is still drying and oh my gosh, the car is soooooo shiny, you will get jealous lol. Thank you Avalon, yes my body is so sour as I took a lot of time but applied 2 quote and also inside on every single plastic parts which gets. bad for daily use. I did applied on all glass window but did not applied on windshield as it was getting dark and what if there is some light stain or something it will remain forever ( Mistake learn from MDX ) but you can apply on windshield as well and well worth it. enjoy the pics and video.
