SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with AvalonKing. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships. If you have a question we haven't covered, reach out to us at hello@avalonking.com and we'll be glad to help.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day. During promotions, new product launches, and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience and always work to get your order out as fast as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship within the United States only.
- FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $90.
- A flat rate of $4.99 applies to US orders under $90.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order ships. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within approximately 6-10 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit can be affected by the carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@avalonking.com.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all 50 US states. We are able to ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses; please note that delivery to these addresses may take additional time.
At this time we do not ship internationally. If international shipping becomes available, we'll update this page.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AvalonKing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us at hello@avalonking.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area and with neighbors, and allow 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it still doesn't turn up, contact us and we'll help you open an investigation with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@avalonking.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
