- Wrap 1 of the supplied clothes around the applicator sponge. Using the card provided, press the cloth into both sides to firmly secure it.
- Shake the bottle then liberally apply drops to heavily saturate the cloth.
- Wipe a thick layer across the car surface. Go horizontally, then vertically to ensure an even application.
- Continue to spread in a cross hatch pattern until you have completely covered the surface.
- Let the coating sit until it flashes, then remove the residue by lightly buffing with the supplied towel.
- Once done, proceed to apply and then buff the coating 1 body part at a time.
To obtain optimal performance, it is essential that the car surface is perfectly clean and smooth. It must also be completely free from other waxes or sealants.

- Smooth the surface with a claybar or claymitt
- Polish the surface

I have a used 2014 Taurus with a faded roof. I purchased this produced knowing it was not going to produce miracles. However, it was easy to apply and it revived my cars faded roof to a bright blue. I am extremely happy with the results now I am currently testing the longevity.
I'm new to this product and enjoyed the actual application of it. I did spend a lot of time prepping the vehicle, once all the prepwork was done, it applied very easily and quickly. I have no idea yet on how long it truly lasts especially on a vehicle that will sit outside in the sun, dirt, rain, and snow under a tree. If it lasts as long as advertised, then it is a good product that I would highly recommend.

We were about to drop our vehicle off at a detailer. He was a no show, so we decided to go diy. I remembered seeing your product on Legit Street Cars and figured we'd give it try. The process was pretty straight forward but I wouldn't call it easy because of the prep work. The coating went on easy and came off the same. We were able to do the entire vehicle, all windows, wheels and trim panels. Great product, the car looks really good.
I have used Armor Shield IX multiple times and it works well and easy to use vs other coatings. I had my 1992 Honda Civic EG6 painted and they didn't put a clear coat over the paint. I basically did a cut and polish and used a different coating and didn't like the look. So I did a 4 stage polishing process and went back to the Armor Shield IX. It looks beautiful now. So yes you can Ceramic Coat a single stage paint job.
